The Rountree Team
Nan and Devon were wonderful to work with during the process of building a home and selling our home. They helped us with just about every aspect of selling a home and preparing for the move. Since we were building this process played out for almost a year. During that time they were always available to answer questions or provide much needed advice. We hope this will be our last move, but if the need for a realtor comes up again they will be our choice.

These two are the biggest blessing in what could be one of most stressful times. They go the extra mile and then some in every way possible. They not only helped us sell our house, but they were there every step of the way. From helping us make sure our house was ready to put on the market all the way to making sure we had everything lined up to move out, they literally walked through the entire process with us hand in hand. I honestly would never use anyone else after the amazing experience we had with them. They treat you and your house like family. We cannot say enough amazing things about them.

It feels impossible to put into words how much the time and effort Nan and Devon put into helping us find our perfect home means to us! They worked around the clock to make sure we knew everything we needed to know and kept us updated every step along the way--keep in mind we did all of this in another state! Devon and Nan made buying our first home seamless and easy--a far cry from what we were told to expect from other realtors. Their knowledge of the greater Memphis area is unmatched and that made all the difference! We cannot recommend two better people or realtors!

Devon and Nan were absolutely wonderful to work with to sell our home! They not only provided us with great advice on staging, listing, and updates needed before listing our home, but they had made the entire process so easy. They have so many contacts with people who helped with all of these things. We Barely had to lift a finger. And with two kids under 2, I can't tell you how helpful that was!They also work as a team. So if one was unavailable, the other one jumped right in and came over to help or replied to our texts, email, and questions. They were top notch and we couldn't recommend them more!

As a first time home buyer, this experience could not have gone better. This was a HUGE step in life and Devon and Nan were there every step of the way! Their communication was top tier and they never left us out of a conversation or plan. We were able to reach out to them (even with our busy work schedules) and Devon or Nan would get back to us with a plan on what times worked best for us whether it was touring homes or general questions. They listened to our needs and wants in a home and every house they showed us met every expectation. It was a tough decision in the end to pick a final home due to this!Devon and Nan continued to check-in on us even after move in to make sure everything is going well and we are still happy (which how could we not be with such a beautiful home!!). We are extremely grateful for our experience with this team and will be recommending them to everyone and anyone we come into contact with who needs a realtor team!

Nan and Devon went above and beyond helping me sell my home. From painting walls, being transparent and knowledgeable about the market, driving by rentals to ensure I had a new place to move, ongoing communication and responsiveness, staging and setting up a videographer, emotional intelligence during a difficult life stage and knowledgeable of the stressors that come with a move, resourcefulness in finding fair and hard workers with experience to trust with various repairs, teamwork so there's always someone to help and just overall good energy - the service I received was unmatched. I highly recommend utilizing their services if you are looking to sell as you won't find any better agents out there!

Devon and Nan were our actual saving grace during the whole home selling experience! You aren't going to get a more knowledgeable, responsive, and thoughtful team than the two of them. During one of the most stressful experiences of our lives they were so patient with us and worked on our behalf to get us the best deal possible.
